For the last 2 years I have been blogging about respiratory school at RT Student blog. Well, for those of you who know me you know that I have graduated. In fact I have passed my Certified Respiratory Therapist exam and both parts to my Registered Respiratory Therapist exam. Thats right, I know have the initials RRT, RCP behind my name. Ive even decided to go one step beyond my classmates. I have 2 jobs. I will be working as a neonatal therapist in a level 3 NICU nearby and as an adult therapist at another hospital.
The NICU Im at has the capabilities of High Frequency Oscillation, and Nitric Oxide. As a matter of fact we have a baby now that is using both of those. I do feel like this is where I want to bw. I alreadt have the NP-S ketterig book and plan to slt for that credentialing exxm before tje end of the year.
Wish me luck as I begin this exciting journey. Im sure it will provide some exciting and interesting stories for you to read here.
